Car was clean. Check in and check out process was easy. Clear instructions were given. Great communication throughout my trip. Highly recommend!

Pros:
- nice and clean car
- luxury feel and features with hybrid MPG
-full moon roof and heated/ventilated seats
- drives well (but did have a maintenance light on)
Cons:
- the gas tank was not full when I picked it up. Lame.
- It was not easy to communicate with them about delaying my pickup due to a flight cancelation. I pushed back my reservation to the following morning well before the pickup time, however, they dropped it off at the originally booked time anyway. I was worried I was going to be stuck with a huge airport parking bill, but $36 was automatically refunded to my card, and the parking garage charged $37 so okay fine. But more clear communication would be appreciated. There’s multiple people that respond to a question, which is good and bad for communication… I feel that they read through my previous messages before responding.
