The pick up location was two or three minutes outside the terminal, and very easy to find. The car was great and got amazing gas mileage. Cold AC during the heat wave. Returning the car was just as simple. Communication with Pacific was friendly, accurate, and rapid. Excellent customer service. I can definitely recommend Pacific for a car rental, plus it was the best price of anything I found with no compromise.

Quick communication, great car for long trips or around town, if you do plan to extend, do it early in your trip to avoid turo raising the price. Would highly recommend

Hung is the best boat I’ve experienced on Turo. He was very responsive to any communication and the car is amazing. We had a great time cruising around San Francisco in this car. We were fortunate to be able to meet Hung and he was very gracious to us and fun to speak with. I would definitely look to rent a vehicle from him again as he has great cars and is great to work with.

Simon was accessible, friendly, and very easy to work. Better price and just as convenient as using airport rental center, just one B.A.R.T stop away, and car located literally across the street from B.A.R.T station. Would use again..

Very satisfied with this Turo rental. Even though the car is from an older model year, the vehicle is still in great condition, well-maintained, and feels very solid to drive. The owner was also very friendly and fast to respond, making the whole rental process smooth and easy. The rental price was very affordable for the quality of the car. I also got a bonus Tesla media play feature, which I really appreciated. Thank you so much!

The host and his Tesla model 3 are great. Pick up and return location is at a gas station, very convenient. The FSD is a great feature. All you need to do is typing in the address where you want to go. The car drives itself to the location. I would rent the model 3 again from this host when I visit SF in the future.

I recently rented this Lexus 300 hybrid and had a fantastic experience. The car was incredibly clean and well maintained, making it a pleasure to drive. I was also impressed by the fuel efficiency, getting 42.6 miles per gallon on my trip. The host was really responsive to all my messages, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Toyota Prius c 2014

My entire experience was great. I made a relatively last-minutes rental and the owner was super prompt in responding. Near pickup time, I was alerted to a minor issue with the car which was resolved super quickly. Vehicle location is great, within walking distance of several busses and a street car line. Pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and easy to follow. 10/10, will look for this one (or any other by owner) again.
