Elbert’s Toyota Camry was absolutely great! Everything was exactly as described, the vehicle was clean, reliable, and drove perfectly. Elbert was an outstanding host—very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire rental. The pickup and drop-off process was smooth and completely hassle-free. The host was responsive, understanding, and easy to communicate with. Pickup and drop-off were smooth. The only reason for 4 stars is that we experienced a few issues with the car during our trip, which made us a bit uneasy. Other than that, the host handled everything professionally and was great to work with.
