chris had the car where i expected for pickup and as my first time using Turo i was relieved the pickup system was clear. also the value was good. couple of minor items with some maintenance but its an older car so understandable and i let chris know about it so im sure he will take care of it for future riders. great car for parking and getting around easily and much easier than dealing with big car rental companies. i would rent again. thanks turo and chris.

Fun little ride at a great price! Clean and zippy car. I had trouble connecting my phone but that wasn’t a big deal. I’d call for pickup once you’re deplaning because it took 10ish minutes after I called and was waiting outside for the shuttle to arrive. Otherwise a great trip!

It was a great experience, the car was really clean and a in great shape, I really enjoyed driving it as well. The pick-up was exactly the location on the map. I really recomend to everyone if they are looking to rent a car from San Francisco's airport to try and get a car from Gregory.

This car was a DREAM! Pickup and drop off were easy (once I figured out where the garage was). Drive was so incredibly smooth and quiet, I could barely tell the engine had started. Some folks complain about the hydrogen fuel price, but it wound up costing me way less than multiple tanks of gas, thanks to the engine efficiency. Overall, amazing rental.

Quality of the car was awesome, especially given the price. It was more than half the cost of a compact rental from the traditional agencies at the airport. Hosts were helpful getting me through the pickup process. Not too far away from the airport (SFO).

I had never used Turo or any other app like this for car rental. The app was easy to use. Joseph communicated so well and the information provided for pick up and return was specific. The Mustang was so enjoyable in the PCH. I will definitely use Turo again. Joseph thank you for a great ride.

Chris was very communicative throughout the entire rental process. The Fiat was easy to find, easy to unlock and access and was very clean upon pickup. Very transparent about the garage parking fee and how to get out of the garage and how to return the vehicle back at the airport when I was ready to drop off. During my rental I had to extend the time out a few hours due to a flight change at the last minute that was not in my control and he easily and quickly extended me out the time I needed. Very generous with the amount of miles included with the rental period and was very easy to work with whenever I needed to reach out. I only had a couple minor issue I feel should have been addressed prior to my rental as they were mentioned by previous Turo renters based on their comments. Primarily, the windshield wiper blades. Several noted the wiper blades were pretty worn out. I noticed some reviews back to December mentioning as much. Well, I rented in April and it was pouring rain in the NorCal redwoods the week I had the Fiat. I replaced the blades myself as they were so worn out that it was actually safer to not use them at all than it was to try and drive with them on as bad as they made a worse mess of the windshield than leaving them off. To all the future renters of the Fiat…You are welcome! Enjoy the new blades haha. I feel as a host that Reimbursement should have been offered or a discount applied as I left the new blades with the car and the old ones and the receipt from the auto parts store with them. Doesn’t change me giving a 5 star rating as the car was exactly as I needed and Chris was a very accommodating and friendly host. The car ran great and didn’t give me any issues other than the wiper blades. Given the very low daily rental price compared to other rentals in the area the fact I spent $40 more to replace the wiper blades and solved a problem for future renters in the process feels like $40 worth of good karma points and if it helps the next renter be safer on a rainy drive I am happy to have spent the money. In the grand scheme of things it’s $40 and hopefully the mantra “what goes around comes around” holds true and I will see that paid back in my travels. Despite the wipers I still would recommend Chris and the Abarth wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to rent from him again next time I am in the Bay Area….and believe me…it’s more often than I thought it would ever be in my life haha. The pick up location was two or three minutes outside the terminal, and very easy to find. The car was great and got amazing gas mileage. Cold AC during the heat wave. Returning the car was just as simple. Communication with Pacific was friendly, accurate, and rapid. Excellent customer service. I can definitely recommend Pacific for a car rental, plus it was the best price of anything I found with no compromise.

This was BY FAR the smoothest transaction I have ever had when renting a car. The communication was OUTSTANDING. The price was the most affordable for our trip. I loved driving this car and someone had told me the Fiat500 had a poor safety rating and I should reconsider. The car was perfect. With gas being over $6.98 a gallon, I was able to make this a one tank trip. The car was so easy to find parking for. The car was spotless when we got it and since they have so much respect for the car and their clients, I wanted to care for the car like it was my own as well. I wish these folks had rentals all over the country because I would rent from them again in every city. Fantastic communication was the extra gift. Thank you for making this a wonderful, stress free trip. I almost chose to Uber everywhere instead of getting a rental and I’m glad I found this affordable choice that actually saved me money. With the included miles I was able to do a side quest to see Sea Lions, eat happy hour Raw oysters, buy some local coffee beans for my sister, and celebrate the wedding of a fellow cancer survivor. Thank you for being a part of a very special trip.

Car was clean and in good condition! Ran well. Pickup and drop off were straightforward. Price was great. I’m happy I chose Justin’s car.
