This was my first trip with Turo. Rolando was a great host. He was very responsive with questions. He also was very flexible in being able to accomodate a last minute change to move up the rental by 2 days on the same day.
The car was great. It was clean and well kept. Everything was pretty well set up. All I had to do was get in and drive. I'm looking to buying a BMW so I'm using Turo to test drive different models. I'm very impressed with the 5 series. I'm in a 7 series now.
Highly recommend Rolando and his fleet of BMW's.

What an experience! The car is phenomenal, and the hosts even better. Could not recommend them to anyone more, as long as you are looking for a seamless, well communicated trip. If I’m ever back in the area, will definitely be reaching out to them again! Wonderful people seriously

Flawless experience! The customer service here is absolutely top-tier. Their communication leading up to and during our rental was over the top, and they made our special occasion feel truly recognized. The car was in pristine condition, and the entire process was smooth. Highly recommend! We will only use them during our future trips to SFO!
