Sometimes things happen when you’re traveling by car that no one can anticipate or prevent. The car I had ran over a nail and I had tire had trouble throughout my trip. Zach was very good with coming up solutions to help and we had really good communications throughout. The things that happened were not his fault but he was there to respond and help. But beware and review Turo roadside service. They were not great
