The car itself was great and everything went smoothly with the rental. My only issue was that there were a lot of instructions to read through, which was a little overwhelming, especially while traveling with toddlers. There was just a lot going on and it made the process feel more complicated than it needed to be. Overall, I had a good experience.

Overall van was decent, has a lot of small damage throughout exterior.
Shuttle to get to/from the airport is inconvenient. I wanted 30 minutes for fox shuttle for pick up. Upon returning the vehicle the shuttle left as I was finishing up taking photos. I ended up paying for a Lyft to get to the airport after 15 minutes of waiting for another shuttle.
Another inconvenience is paying $10 for the parking and only getting reimbursed $5 immediately. I was told I had to call Turo to get additional $5 credit, I did and I was told to call back during business hours so the host could approve the credit which I did then I was told to call back once the trip is done and I didn’t want to have to call back a THIRD time for FIVE DOLLARS.

Car was great. It was clean upon pickup and very smooth and comfortable to drive. The hosts were very helpful and responded immediately to messages and detailed the pickup and drop off locations very nicely.
