I’d recommend spending the extra couple hundred dollars and renting a newer porsche. I had basically every error code possible pop up during my trip. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere next time. Renns Auto was friendly to work with, but if you can afford the extra few hundred bucks for a newer Porsche rental, do it. This is good if you want to “ball on a budget”

Overall trip was good, host was clear and responsive to messages and instructions for pickup and drop off were easy to follow. The car drove great and seemed to be in good mechanical shape. However with 157k miles it's starting to look/feel pretty worn and could use a refresh. Headlights are clouded, wheels are decently curbed up, there are seat covers on the front seats which negated the heated and cooled seats, a couple trim pieces are worse for wear, there is tint peeling and flapping on the left rear window, and the soft top takes effort to get it to open completely and makes a screech doing it. The AC only worked on max otherwise it was warm air but we had the top down 99% of the time so it wasn't a big factor. A little restoration effort would go a long ways to make this car a great rental experience instead of just good.
Hello , we provide the seat cover for protection of the seats . You are welcomed to use heated or cooled seats since it’s compatible with pass thru to allow heat and cool air thru. For the cloudy headlight I have ask a body shop to address that quick and easy and I have been keep up with all the maintenance stuff as best as I can.

Minor issue getting the convertible top down but other than that, great car!
We have correct the trim that interfere with top. Now it works perfectly
