Ford rental in San Bruno, CA

We rented a Ford Transit this time to take a trip with our family, and we had an excellent experience from beginning to end. From the very first moment we started the rental process, the customer service was outstanding. The vehicle was delivered on time, and they provided us with helpful guidance and very clear instructions. Everything went smoothly, with no complications or problems throughout our trip. The Ford Transit was a beautiful, comfortable, and reliable vehicle that was perfect for the purpose of our trip. We had a wonderful time with our family and really enjoyed the experience. Thank you so much for all the helpful tips and for following up with us during the return process as well. Your professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail made everything quick, easy, and completely stress-free for us. We truly appreciate everything you did and would definitely rent from you again. Thank you so much!

The car is great for the price. It is older and has some wear but runs well and is spacious and clean. Has amazing gas mileage too. The hosts were communicative and friendly! Would rent again!

Highly recommend! We rented a white Ford Mustang Convertible for two days and had an amazing experience. The car was clean, fun to drive, and perfect for cruising the California coast. The host was friendly and made the whole process smooth and easy. Great service and an awesome car would definitely rent again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Car was in incredible shape and Gary was an absolute pleasure to work with, always responsive and going above and beyond! Definitely will rent from Gary again in the future!

Nice clean car, reasonable price and convenient location

This rental was amazing! The car was clean and ran great. The AC was working great for it being over 100 degrees outside. Pick up and drop off was very easy. It was such a great van to have for our Yosemite Family Trip. Would rent from this place again 10/10!

This was our first time using Turo, and we loved it! Ethan was very easy to communicate with, the car was very clean and exactly where he said he parked it. And we loved driving a Ford Bronco in California for the first time! We will definitely use Turo and rent Ethan’s Ford Bronco next time we go to San Francisco!

Great fun fuel efficient car. Fun to drive on the mountain roads in the nearby national parks. The car does have some pretty rough interior wear and tear. Speakers going bad, cup holders flaking chrome and center council has many staples unsecured in it snd are sharp if poked. Other than that I would recommend for the price it is! 4.5/5

So easy! Great car! Would rent from them again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a great experience start to finish

Some mall dings in the van but it’s a cargo van great van great host. will rent again

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic experience from start to finish! The truck was absolutely gorgeous—this red Ford F-150 is sharp, spotless, and drove like a dream. It was powerful, comfortable, and made every trip enjoyable. The host was equally impressive: friendly, responsive, accommodating, and made the entire rental process effortless. Communication was excellent, pickup and drop-off were seamless, and everything went exactly as expected. I couldn’t have asked for a better Turo experience. I will definitely be renting this truck again and highly recommend both the vehicle and the host to anyone looking for a reliable, head-turning ride. Five stars all the way!

Great car. Great host. Roy was very helpful and communicated well. Enjoyed our trip to San Francisco. Would rent a car from him again.

Great experience! The car was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire trip. He also tried to help us when we needed to extend the rental. Everything went smoothly. Thank you very much! I would definitely rent from him again.

Great experience from start to finish! The car was clean, reliable, and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off were easy and convenient, and the host was very friendly, responsive, and helpful. I would definitely rent from them again!

The van was perfect for our trip, clean, ran great, plenty of room for luggage and our large family! Would absolutely rent from again. Amazing customer service !

The car was busy pick up and that exact location. The shuttle was a wonderful friendly company. I would definitely rent it again.!! Hope to see you in a couple months..

Very easy and convenient booking and pickup, would reserve again if needing this type of van! Suggest getting an aux cord and car phone charger for longer trips.

Our trip with Turo was an absolute delight! First and foremost, let’s talk about our host, Jason. Despite the inconvenience of our trip being mistakenly canceled by Turo due to our lost card, Jason went above and beyond to help us. He found a way to help us and booked us another van just a few minutes after we reached out to him. His prompt response and helpfulness were truly commendable. Now, onto the car itself. It was a reliable and comfortable vehicle that perfectly accommodated our needs. With six adults and one child, along with about 8 pieces of luggage, everyone had ample space to move around. Overall, excellent experience. Will rent from him again!
