Pick up and drop off were easy, simple instructions. The vehicle itself was not was unkept as I wanted to-the back lights were out so if you are driving at night time other driver will not see you well. The interior of the car was fine, one seatbelt buckle didn’t click and the vent covers were out. Overall 4/5 stars.
