The car and service were great. Very responsive. I didn’t like that I had to pick up the car an hour away. Although, they did pay for the uber that got me to the car which was nice.
Thanks, sometimes last minute booking or cancelation cause these problems & we try to manage the most suitable way we can. We are mostly smooth with pickup & deliveries , thanks 🙏
