There is an extra fee for picking this car up at the airport parking lot which was not made clear when you reserve it. They need to make it clear up front that there is this fee.

I am not sure what exact fee valerie is talking about. She complained about airport fee in Turo chat with us, but Turo clearly discloses this fee while booking. If she paid when exiting the lot then she did not read our instructions and I quote "the gate will open automatically" i.e. "no payment needed"
Loved every second of the vehicle will definitely rent from again and would certainly recommend
