Car was great host was very communicative. If you just take time to read through their instructions, everything is very clear.

Great driving car, easy pickup instructions. The key fob didn’t work and that car seemed a little dirty when we got it. Overall good for the price.

The host was very kind in letting me pick up the car earlier. Everything went smoothly but once I got to my destination I heard strange noises coming from the car while in park waiting for a parking spot . It made me anxious as I was out on a hike and know nothing about cars so that was not a good experience. I reached out to the host and they told me to bring it back and they’d check it. Overall the hosts were great but the car left me worried on the way back to drop off the car.

We are sorry about your experience. It turned out that the underbody shield got dislodged due to contact with a road bump (the car sits low) and while it was making strange noises it did not affect the car. We are sorry this, we maintain our car regularly and it has nothing to do with maintenance. Any car can be hit from below and have the same problem.
Small car was perfect for navigating crowded SF area and slipping into parking spots other cars couldn’t fit. Great hosts 👍
