The vehicle itself was in good condition, and the host ultimately waived the gas fee to compensate for a rough start. However, the check-in process was highly problematic. The host was over 45 minutes late and completely unresponsive until I involved Turo customer service, causing major delays to my travel itinerary. Additionally, the host requested my personal insurance information prior to the trip, which is against Turo policy. While I appreciate the waived fee, the communication gaps and policy violations make it hard to recommend this listing for tight schedules
