Needed to pay extra $41 parking because they needed to charge the car. Yes my flight was delayed but the host was aware as they called in advance

You had to pay extra for parking because your flight was hours late and the car was parked in the 24 hour window. We offered you a reimbursement for the delay that wasn’t our fault. Sorry you are the only person that has ever had a bad experience in 300 rentals.

Very new, very clean, very fast car. Tim is a responsive host. I actually had an issue with my phone prior to rental and he did great job in assisting; would definitely rent again.
