Car was perfect for such an affordable price! Clean and practically brand new.. just wish we rented a bigger car for family of 5(two car seats and teen). Host was great at communication and directions were extremely precise.. I will say the pickup location is a walks way from the Hyatt regency hotel, we definitely could not drag our 3 kids and 2 luggages and instead my husband had to make the walk two blocks down. Other than that, rental was awesome and would definitely recommend/rent again

The Pathfinder was great for all our luggage and 4 adults travels. SF International Airport is not simple to navigate, especially this being our first time there. But Bairui’s directions with pictures very simple to follow. They helped me navigate the airport and find the vehicle from wherever my starting point was. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent a vehicle from him again.
