I had an excellent first trip with this service and was provided with excellent service and care. I was given plenty of communication of how to go about this trip which eased my mind. The booking process was easy, my hosts were kind, and I look forward to the day should I need to book a car rental again. I would definitely come back to rent with this host. Hongpu was an amazing host! The first day of the trip I was experiencing a glitch with the Turo app and updating my drivers license for verification while traveling. Turo actually cancelled the trip because I wasn’t able to get my license verified in time. Hongpu kept the vehicle reserved for me, and even talked to Turo about the issue while I was traveling (I had no service) and gave some pointers. He also adjusted the trip time so I could still book my trip after figuring out the issue. Being that this was my first car rental experience ever, he was very accommodating and helpful, and provided all the information for the trip (including details on connecting to the apple car play). Next the car, the 2020 Nissan 370Z on this trip was phenomenal! There were some very tasteful modifications done to the vehicle including an aftermarket exhaust, steering wheel and touch screen, that helped complete a top notch driving experience. Car was great! Smooth ride and plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Seemed like we just drove it off the lot brand new. Pickup and drop-off were a snap. Very responsive hosts. We would definitely rent this ride again.

Everything went great! The host provided clear and detailed instructions, which made the whole rental process smooth and hassle-free. The car drives well and handles perfectly. Apart from a few minor cosmetic imperfections inside and outside that don’t affect the driving experience at all, everything was excellent. I highly recommend renting this car!

To control volume on media gently pull on knob a little and rotate slowely. Car has its quirks and personalities, but got us from a to b reliably with a great price.

Car was perfect for such an affordable price! Clean and practically brand new.. just wish we rented a bigger car for family of 5(two car seats and teen). Host was great at communication and directions were extremely precise.. I will say the pickup location is a walks way from the Hyatt regency hotel, we definitely could not drag our 3 kids and 2 luggages and instead my husband had to make the walk two blocks down. Other than that, rental was awesome and would definitely recommend/rent again

Car was very clean. Gas economical and performed as expected. Arcdon is an exceptional communicator and host. Highly recommend him. Would definitely use him again. Host provided toll transponder, phone holder and multiple charging cords as an added convenience. Car was also full of gas.

The Pathfinder was great for all our luggage and 4 adults travels. SF International Airport is not simple to navigate, especially this being our first time there. But Bairui’s directions with pictures very simple to follow. They helped me navigate the airport and find the vehicle from wherever my starting point was. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent a vehicle from him again.
