The service wasn’t that great. I needed help with the reverse of the car; it worked initially but I got stuck once. I asked for support via message and, I was accused of not knowing how to work the car and then one of the owners told me to return while I was already on the highway trying to ask for troubleshooting help so it wouldn’t happen again. I felt it to be really unprofessional and aggressive. I suggested a video and Marvin sent one - that’s was helpful, and I thanked him for it. Additionally, I asked about charging the car. It seems like they do not know that the car garage they ask for folks to park in has a charging dock because I was about to be sent all over the area to find a place. The communication wasn’t great and, at the end of the day I am a customer. I was handled aggressively when simple trouble shooting support was needed - I can’t recommend them at all.

The car performed well, and communication with the host was excellent. Unfortunately, the vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke when I picked it up, which was frustrating given the stated no-smoking policy. I ended up buying air fresheners to make the car more comfortable during my trip. Hosts should ensure that the condition of the vehicle matches the policies listed in the rental description.
