Said they had a adapter for the Tesla chargers but wasn't there.
Otherwise everything else was great. Nice car.

The service wasn’t that great. I needed help with the reverse of the car; it worked initially but I got stuck once. I asked for support via message and, I was accused of not knowing how to work the car and then one of the owners told me to return while I was already on the highway trying to ask for troubleshooting help so it wouldn’t happen again. I felt it to be really unprofessional and aggressive. I suggested a video and Marvin sent one - that’s was helpful, and I thanked him for it. Additionally, I asked about charging the car. It seems like they do not know that the car garage they ask for folks to park in has a charging dock because I was about to be sent all over the area to find a place. The communication wasn’t great and, at the end of the day I am a customer. I was handled aggressively when simple trouble shooting support was needed - I can’t recommend them at all.
