This was the nicest and cleanest vehicle I’ve ever rented from Turo. If you are looking for a great host and a great car along with the FSD and Tesla supercharging network, this is the car to rent. Great 5 day, 1,400 mile experience!

Car itself was good, but the tire got flat. I had to cancel 3 trips and spent my cash on repair even though I had insurance because of that. A few times car couldn’t get opened.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the Tesla. Unfortunately, the flat tire was caused by a nail picked up during the trip, not a pre-existing vehicle issue. Regarding access, we explained how to use the Tesla key card several times and also recommended downloading the Tesla app for easier access. We understand the frustration, but neither issue was due to a malfunction with the vehicle.
