Overall a good rental experience, but one significant issue was the $110 Full self driving (FSD) add-on, which malfunctioned three times during our two day trip and required us to pull over and hard reset the car. I reached out afterward requesting a partial credit for the FSD charge but unfortunately did not receive a response. Otherwise, the pickup and drop off were seamless and the car was great.
