The Mercedes-Benz eSprinter was an excellent rental. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable to drive. The electric range was great for my needs, and charging was easy once I planned my stops. It handled smoothly, had plenty of cargo space, and was perfect for moving items. The host was responsive, professional, and made the pickup and return process simple. I would definitely rent this van again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a reliable cargo van.

Car was very clean, both the interiors and exteriors and the drive was smooth implying the engine, suspension and brakes were in excellent condition.
The Rental Van was exactly what we needed for our large family trip. The company communicated well with me prior before, during and after the rental. The van was as advertised, but there were a few hiccups along the way. The driver's side front window did not open, which made for a few strange moments opening the door at the drive through as well as speaking with a few parking attendants while visiting a few locations. But overall it wasn't too much of an issue. We got a flat tire as well on the way home from Tahoe, which was a pain to deal with. I called my own roadside assistance and they sent someone to assist us with changing the tire as the jack that came inside the vehicle did not operate properly. The company did well communicating with me and understood when I returned the vehicle a bit after the scheduled time. Overall, a good experience with the rental company and I would rent from them again in the future.
