Hoạt was super nice and communicative. Very easy pickup and drop off. Vehicle was great. We loved it. Very comfortable and had zero issues. Just know that this is a bigger sprinter vehicle. As such it requires being able to navigate it properly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
