4 stars instead of 5 because I was unable to reach Tim for the first hour and a half of my trip, and did not receive any pick up information other than the address where i drove around looking for the vehicle. Turo support also could not reach Tim when i was trying to pick up the van.

The van was perfect. I almost felt like I was driving my own car to be honest. Clean comfortable and the right size for a family trip of 11. Would love to rent this again!
