The host was very nice and responsive throughout the rental. The vehicle is older and definitely needs some work. It got us safely to our destination and back. It was comfortable but there are some issues.

The host was very responsive and apologetic in regards to our experience. The vehicle had not been cleaned after the previous rental. The depth of uncleanliness included dirt and crumbs along with an old smoothie covered in flies. In addition the charging ports do not work, and the brakes need a serious check-up. The hood of the vehicle is also rusted which is not pictured.

The brakes worked just fine. This is a common complaint from people not used to driving a heavy vehicle of this size which does not stop quickly like a regular car.
There is no rust on the hood however, there is some oxidation in the clear coat which is normal for a 10-year-old vehicle

Pickup at the airport was easy and convenient. Vehicle is a 2016 and shows wear and tear but runs great and was perfect for getting 7 of us all over San Fransisco.
