Great rental experience from start to finish! The sprinter was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pickup and return process was quick and hassle-free. The vehicle drove smoothly and was perfect for our Napa trip. Brandon was extremely patient, professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire experience. He communicated clearly, handled everything efficiently, and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. My experience with this host was nothing short of amazing! After experiencing so many issues with a previous Turo rental, this host truly came in and saved the day for my daughter’s 3rd birthday trip. I honestly can’t thank him enough for his kindness, understanding, and willingness to accommodate me. The van comfortably fit 9 adults and 3 toddlers, which made traveling with our family so much easier. The van was a smooth ride, had no mechanical issues, no warning lights on the dashboard, and the tires were in good condition. Overall, it was a reliable and comfortable ride for our trip. What really stood out to me, though, was how genuine, caring, and accommodating the host was. He went above and beyond by accommodating me after hours, and when I experienced a death in my family and needed to extend my rental, he was understanding and worked with me during a difficult time. That level of compassion and customer service means so much, especially when life throws unexpected challenges your way. He didn’t just feel like someone renting out a vehicle; he treated me like a real person and made sure I was taken care of. My only heads-up for future renters is that although the van drives great, it definitely isn’t shy when it comes to drinking gas! 😂 It’s a bit of a gas guzzler, so make sure you budget accordingly for fuel, especially if you’re planning a longer trip. All in all, I had a great experience, and the host’s outstanding customer service made it even better. I would absolutely rent from him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a spacious, smooth-running vehicle and, most importantly, a host who genuinely cares about his guests. You can find plenty of rental vehicles, but finding a host with this kind of heart and understanding is what truly makes the difference! Was a few hiccups but overall first time experience renting from turo was good. Was it a brand new car off the lot? No, won't get that with any rental company. Did it have some wear and tear? Of course it did. Did it do the job getting our party around? Most certainly. My only concern was the seats were permanently fixed and did not fold down to easily get our luggage in. We had to carry it through the side door and over 2 rows of seats to the last row which was a workout. We picked up from sfo airport and the shuttle was great, super efficient from door to door. I would rent from turo again if prices are right. Thanks for the ride!

This rental was amazing! The car was clean and ran great. The AC was working great for it being over 100 degrees outside. Pick up and drop off was very easy. It was such a great van to have for our Yosemite Family Trip. Would rent from this place again 10/10!

Vehicle got us from point a to point b. It is 12yrs old and showing wear and tear but was reliable. Owner was responsive and great to deal with. We needed a large vehicle to accommodate 9 people and baggage and this fit our needs.
