awful awful awful experience. the car broke down while in point arena, and the host refused to trade out the vehicle unless we met halfway stating it was too far, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS HOST. We ended up having to get the car towed, and then were stranded. He stopped responding and turo has the worst customer service of anyone i’ve ever used. This host had no customer service and left us stranded without a replacement. Would NOT recommend -100000/10 experience.
We offered to swap the car for you. But you did not agree with us. And kept driving till it broke down.
