Fantastic experience from start to finish! The Sprinter van was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and clearly cared for. It was fully ready for our long road trip and performed flawlessly over hundreds of miles. The ride was surprisingly comfortable, with plenty of room for passengers, luggage, and all of our gear. It made the entire trip so much more enjoyable. Communication was great, pickup and drop-off were seamless, and everything was exactly as described. Vehicle ran and drove wonderfully. The cabin was a little musky so I added some tropical scents to the front vents. Other than that I was very happy with how thorough Aretti was with documentation and communication. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
