Mechanical issues broken interior components steering wheel was loose dangerous

Joshua, we feel that this review is dishonest due to the fact that we literally got an inspection the day before your trip and passed with flying colors. Also, when driving the vehicle there were no issues at all. We also purchased new tires the week before your trip and have no complaints from Renters after your trip, so not sure where you are coming from with the exception of a visor that seems to be off track.
Everything was great! Very easy pick up and drop off and the van was very clean.
