When we picked up the car at the Airport it included an $8 credit for the garage parking. A nice and helpful surprise.
Mingfei helped to swap the car at a location not to far from where we were staying after a tire ran over a nail and needed fixing/replacing.
I would for sure recommend Mingfei and rent from him again when in the SF bay area.

Can’t speak highly enough of the car and host. The car itself was perfect for when we had family visiting. It was incredibly clean.
Pickup and drop off were super easy.
