Gary was great throughout from our late reservation to meeting us at the SFO airport, and communicating throughout. The car was great. Excellent gas mileage!!!! Handled very well and was very clean & comfy. Loved the large sun roof. Had a little issue with Android Auto but that is not Gary's fault at all. Could have just been our phone issue. We would 100% rent from Gary again!

Gary was very thoughtful and thorough giving all the necessary details in a very timely manner. He was also punctual with the pick up and return time. He was very professional and accommodating. Such a pleasure to rent from. The SUV was super clean, new and overall an excellent drive for my trip. I will be renting from Gary again in my future visits to San Fran!
