Process was smooth and commutation was on point.

I am rating this trip low because we experienced multiple inconveniences throughout it. It started with the key battery not working properly — the car barely started at times, and while driving it would frequently display “No Key Detected.” We constantly had to remove the key and wait for the car to recognize it again. The key also wouldn’t automatically lock or unlock the doors.
Additionally, the entire trip the vehicle displayed notifications for a needed oil change and inspection. After reaching out to the host, I was informed these issues would not be addressed until after the trip. Overall, this made the experience stressful and inconvenient.
We highly value your feedback. The key fob battery died - there is no way to predict that. It was replaced right after the trip just like promised to the guest. As per oil message it was "change oil in 1000 miles" and is purely informational. The oil was changed right away as well. Thank you for surviving this apocalypse!
