This was the most amazing Turo that I ever rented. The host was absolutely fantastic. The service of the pick up in the drop off was the best I’ve ever had. I tipped him $100 cash because it was so freaking easy and so good. Thank you for making my trip wonderful.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Above and Beyond — The Definition of Exceptional Customer Service! I honestly wish I could give this host more than 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. The host was absolutely phenomenal, accommodating our last-minute needs without hesitation and going above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. The pickup process was incredibly convenient, communication was excellent, and the host went out of their way to make sure everything worked out for us. That kind of flexibility, kindness, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction is rare and deserves to be recognized. This host didn’t just provide a rental car; they provided peace of mind and an exceptional customer experience. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests and take pride in what they do. If every Turo host provided this level of service, renting a car would always be this easy! I would absolutely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless, reliable, and truly outstanding experience. Do not hesitate to book with them! They set the bar HIGH!
Karol really went above and beyond to accommodate my grandma with her wheelchair needs and pick up/drop off at the airport. The car was in perfect condition. Highly recommend, and we will rent from him again on our next trip to Chicago!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience from start to finish! The vehicle was extremely clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. Everything about the rental process was professional, smooth, and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience, and both the delivery and pickup were incredibly fast and convenient. The level of service truly made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Nothing but great things to say about the service and overall experience. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around!
This was the best rental car experience I have ever had. The owner was incredible! Pickup was right outside the gate. Very personal! Inside the vehicle had several unexpected extras. Universal chargers. Also there was the seat fill in blockers so nothing could fall between the seats. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Drop off was just as easy. We drove right up to the gate and handed off the keys. This rental was like an executive car service than a Turo. Excellent communication with the owner.
Excellent car, spacious and comfortable for everyone! Karol was a wonderful host and made pickup and drop-off super easy. Would definitely rent again on our next trip to Chicago!
We rented the Chrysler minivan and it was in excellent condition. Plenty of room and really spacious for our group of 5 and luggage. Also, Karol was great to rent from. Easy to pickup/drop off and excellent to communicate with. I will definitely rent from him again next time we are in the area!
We had an excellent experience renting the Honda Odyssey! The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip. What truly made our experience special was the host’s outstanding kindness and customer service. When we got lost at the airport, she went out of her way to FaceTime us and guide us through the process, and she even came to pick us up. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating, which made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We truly appreciate her going above and beyond to make our experience smooth and stress-free. We would absolutely rent from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful Turo experience!

Daniel was a wonderful host, and the entire rental experience was smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend renting from him and would happily book again in the future. Thank you, Daniel!
I never had rented a car via Turo but this was a better experience than any rental car place. The car was delivered to my terminal at Ohare and I dropped it off at the terminal. Great experience overall! Would definitely recommend this vehicle for families!

Are there any tips for maneuvering a minivan in tight parking spaces around Des Plaines?
Maneuvering a minivan in tight parking spaces around Des Plaines can be challenging, but a few tips can help. First, always use your mirrors and backup camera if available. When parking, take it slow and be patient. Practice reverse parking in less crowded areas to build confidence. In tight spots, it's often easier to back into a space than to pull in forward. Use your turn signals to alert other drivers of your intentions. If possible, look for pull-through spots in parking lots, which are easier to navigate. When parallel parking, don't be afraid to make multiple small adjustments. Remember, your rental minivan may be larger than what you're used to, so allow extra space when turning and be aware of your vehicle's dimensions.
What child safety features should I prioritize when choosing a minivan rental in Des Plaines?
When selecting a minivan rental in Des Plaines for family travel, prioritize child safety features to ensure a secure journey. Look for vehicles equipped with multiple LATCH (Lower Anchors and Tethers for Children) systems, which allow for proper car seat installation. Rear-view cameras are essential for safe backing up, especially in busy areas. Electronic stability control helps prevent skidding and loss of control. Side-impact airbags, including curtain airbags that protect all rows, are crucial safety features. Some minivans offer built-in booster seats, which can be convenient for older children. Check for child safety locks on rear doors and windows. Advanced driver assistance systems, such as automatic emergency braking and lane departure warnings, provide an extra layer of safety for your Des Plaines adventures.
How do minivans handle on highways compared to smaller cars when driving out of Des Plaines?
Minivans generally handle differently on highways compared to smaller cars when driving out of Des Plaines. They offer a smoother, more stable ride due to their longer wheelbase and heavier weight, which can be advantageous on Illinois highways. The higher seating position in a minivan provides better visibility, allowing drivers to see further ahead and anticipate traffic conditions. However, minivans may experience more wind resistance and can be more affected by strong crosswinds. Their larger size means they might not be as nimble in quick maneuvers, so it's important to maintain safe following distances. Despite these differences, modern minivans are designed with improved aerodynamics and suspension systems, making highway driving comfortable and confident for trips beyond Des Plaines.
What are some comfort tips for long-distance travel in a minivan from Des Plaines?
For comfortable long-distance travel in a minivan rental from Des Plaines, start by adjusting your seat properly for good posture and reduced fatigue. Use lumbar support if available, and take regular breaks to stretch and walk around. Dress in layers to easily adjust to changing temperatures inside the vehicle. Bring pillows or neck supports for passengers to rest comfortably. Stay hydrated, but balance fluid intake to minimize frequent stops. Pack healthy snacks to maintain energy levels. Use sunshades on windows to reduce glare and heat. If possible, rotate drivers to prevent exhaustion. Take advantage of the minivan's spaciousness by keeping essential items within easy reach. These tips will help ensure a pleasant journey as you explore beyond Des Plaines in your rental minivan.
