Toyota rental in Des Plaines, IL

Great Car rental, was on point, nice and clean. Host was great with directions for picking up and returning and his responding to questions was very quick. Recommend renting and would rent again.

10/10 Shaz was amazing, I’ve never been to Chicago and pick up was so easy, he asked me what time I was landing to be there on time and he was I got the car fast and it was a great car, same with dropped off I didn’t know where to go and he made time for me to take it to departure and he was there on time. He communicated and answer me quick too. Thank you so so much Shaz I will for sure rent it again when I go back!

Great ride, had to rent a car in the last minute and host was very gracious and accommodating. Car was clean, smelled good, and had no issues.

Worked with us when our flight time changed, offered to cover parking fees, parked it as close to arrivals as possible. Good guys, nice car, would rent from them again

Outstanding to rent from. Picked our car up at the departure gate when we were leaving and super responsive.

Will definitely rent again but the car needs maintenance. Loud inside humming noise at speed and the broken speaker in the back rattles at the lowest volume. Was going to a wedding 1hr out of town and it made for a not so great trip. Still loved the car and would rent again

Fantastic customer service. Amazing car. Clean and reliable. Will rent again.

Wonderful car with excellent mileage. A previous review mentioned a smoke smell, but I am very sensitive to smoke, and I smelled no smoke at all. Super clean car. Would definitely rent from again. Thank you!

Ashley was very responsive with every message! The van was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean, spacious, and what we needed for our trip. The toddler car seat we added worked perfectly for our almost 5 year old. We would rent again from Ashley!

Perfect for larger families to fit into one car on trips. Pickup and drop off is very easy and stress free. Will rent again soon Thank You!

Great car! Easy pick up and communication! Will rent again

Great car! Great Host! Great Price! Loved driving this 2025 4Runner, and Eric made the whole process so easy! He went above and beyond my expectations by giving me super detailed instructions on how to find the lot where the car was parked - and how to get there! Checked in to make sure everything was going well, and gave me an easy return location. I'd give 10 stars if I could, and will definitely be renting from him again when I'm in Chicago!

Host was accommodating, responsive and made pick up/drop off incredibly easy! The car itself was perfect — easy to handle, good on gas, and verryyy clean. Highly recommend and will likely rent from Viktor again the next time we visit Chicago.

Excellent first Turo experience! Pickup and drop-off were quicker and easier than a traditional rental, and the car was clean. The host’s communication was outstanding—always prompt, professional, and helpful, especially with a few changes to my trip. I would definitely rent from this host again!

Loved this! I spent an hour looking for any car rental company that would have an eight seater minivan. However, I could not find one. I decided to try to roll out and I’m super glad I rented from Minwoo! She had a eight seater Toyota sienna with a super deep trunk, which was perfect for my family. There is even options to add a booster receipt and phone holder so I did not have to bring any of those with me on my trip. And the best part was this car hardly takes any gas to get around! Super clean and new looking. Thank you!

Car ran great and everything went smoothly. I came in late at night and had a little trouble finding the car, so I called Eric and he picked up right away and helped me get everything figured out. Great communication and very helpful. Highly recommend renting from him, and I’d definitely rent from Eric again.

The car was everything we expected. It's a solid reliable vehicle. It's a 2010 so it shows some age on the body but it's still in great shape. Presto was responsive and helpful with everything. We would easily rent from him again. I know they clean the cars thoroughly because the cleaning materials were left in our car. We simply moved those to another vehicle for Presto to find later. We highly recommend renting from him.

Robert is an awesome host! He is so supportive all the time during our trip. We will definitely choose to rent a car from him again next time.
