10/10 Shaz was amazing, I’ve never been to Chicago and pick up was so easy, he asked me what time I was landing to be there on time and he was I got the car fast and it was a great car, same with dropped off I didn’t know where to go and he made time for me to take it to departure and he was there on time. He communicated and answer me quick too. Thank you so so much Shaz I will for sure rent it again when I go back!

Great car! Great Host! Great Price! Loved driving this 2025 4Runner, and Eric made the whole process so easy! He went above and beyond my expectations by giving me super detailed instructions on how to find the lot where the car was parked - and how to get there! Checked in to make sure everything was going well, and gave me an easy return location. I'd give 10 stars if I could, and will definitely be renting from him again when I'm in Chicago!

Loved this! I spent an hour looking for any car rental company that would have an eight seater minivan. However, I could not find one. I decided to try to roll out and I’m super glad I rented from Minwoo! She had a eight seater Toyota sienna with a super deep trunk, which was perfect for my family. There is even options to add a booster receipt and phone holder so I did not have to bring any of those with me on my trip. And the best part was this car hardly takes any gas to get around! Super clean and new looking. Thank you!
