Car rental in Itasca, IL

This was my best experience with Turo. James, the host, met me on the curb at O’Hare airport at 11:30 in the evening. The traffic was horrible and the late night arrival isn’t convenient for anyone, but James was there as he stated in our messaging. We decided to change the drop off location the day of drop off due to congestion which again worked like a charm. Great communication before, during, and after the rental. Excellent car which ran smoothly with no issues. If you need to rent a car in the O’Hare Airport area, highly recommend James.

Every time I rent a car in Chicago, I always use Turo and these guys in particular!!! There have been flight cancellations and other challenges I’ve had and they always make it work for me! Outstanding service, friendly care and excellent vehicles! Five stars!

Jessica is the best, and she has the patience of a saint. This was my first Turo rental, and we would not use the typical car rental companies ever again. My list of never ending questions were answered by Jessica expeditiously, and a very nice young lady. Thank you for the opportunity, and thanks to your rental, this will be my next purchase. Cam responds very quickly and communicates very well. He met me at the airport at the arrival terminal to hand over keys; I did a video before the exchange it went very smooth. Car was very clean inside and out with a full tank of gas. Car drives very smooth I was also very comfortable driving this car because I own the same kind of car. When returning he met me at the gas station which I feel was the best place for exchange I filled the gas tank back up and he drove me to the departure terminal I did another video to show I cared for the car as he would during my time having it and gave him the keys. I would definitely rent from him again. If you communicate well and very responsible person this is your host for you next vacation. If you’re irresponsible and don’t communicate well this isn’t your host. Overall everything was great I always have a great experience with Turo because I treat everyone’s car as if it were mine. Thank you again Cam I’ll be back to visit again.

Ha was an amazing host. Very quick communications, with detailed easy to follow directions. He even covered the parking. My first Turo experience. I’ll look for Ha’s cars next time I’m in Chicago. So much more convenient than taking a rental car shuttle and a better price with no surprises. Car worked great with no issues.

The owner dropped the car to us curbside which was unexpected but convenient. Unfortunately one of the headlights was out and they were very apologetic. They arranged for the car to be seen by their mechanic. It delayed our plans to have to drive to the mechanic but we appreciated the mechanic fitting the car in. The car itself was in great condition otherwise and was a great, compact drive that made getting around Chicago easy. Unfortunately, the other headlight went out the following day. Thankfully it was a short trip so we only missed out on being able to use the car for one night. Such is life with unpredictable cars! The owners were responsive and made coordinating pick up and drop off a breeze.

I had an excellent experience renting this car! From the very beginning, the host went above and beyond to make everything easy. They gave me clear directions to the parking location and stayed in contact with me late at night to make sure I found the car safely. They were even texting me until around 1:00 a.m. to make sure everything was okay, which I truly appreciated. Returning the car was just as easy. They explained the drop-off process clearly and answered all of my questions. The communication throughout the entire rental was outstanding, and they were always kind, patient, and helpful. This was my first time using CarRoros service and using a Nissan. The vehicle was very clean and in great condition. The fact that transportation is offered to renters from the airport was very easy to plan and helpful for someone who is not from here. Definitely would recommend for the fair price. Staff was very kind and helpful.

This was my first time renting a car through Turo. I was incredibly tired of the chaotic ORD car rental process, so I decided to try something new! Eric was amazing, providing super easy step by step instructions and making the pick up and drop off as convenient as possible! The car was super clean and perfect for my travels.
