Ha was an amazing host. Very quick communications, with detailed easy to follow directions. He even covered the parking. My first Turo experience. I’ll look for Ha’s cars next time I’m in Chicago. So much more convenient than taking a rental car shuttle and a better price with no surprises. Car worked great with no issues.

“The host was very understanding and easy to communicate with. The rental process was smooth, and everything went great. Would definitely rent again!”

Yes, the host is awesome. The car rental process was super easy. No issues whatsoever even met the owner at the airport. Reviewed everything highly recommend recommended.

Jessica is the best, and she has the patience of a saint. This was my first Turo rental, and we would not use the typical car rental companies ever again. My list of never ending questions were answered by Jessica expeditiously, and a very nice young lady. Thank you for the opportunity, and thanks to your rental, this will be my next purchase. My son said I would love it, and he was correct.

Great communication and car. Our prior reservation cancelled while we were in airport on to Chicago. So it was a quick turn around time and a lifesaver.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Shaz—what a genuinely pleasant surprise. After flying from HKG to SFO on Monday, already completely exhausted, I had to catch a red-eye from SJC to ORD. By the time I landed, I was so tired I felt like I could speak multiple languages at once. And then came the real challenge: it was Spring Break week, and there were no rental cars available from the major companies. I still had to drive to Albion, Indiana to visit a customer. In desperation, I remembered my son once rented a car through a private owner and had a great experience—so I gave it a try. That’s when I met Shaz. He showed up at the airport in his Toyota Camry and personally delivered the car. Before arriving, he even stopped to fill up the gas. I casually asked if he could grab me a bottle of water since I was really thirsty and didn’t want to make another stop. When I got into the car, he handed me the biggest bottle of water—probably half a gallon 😂—and refused to let me pay for it. What a classy, thoughtful gesture. On my way back to ORD, I got delayed reminiscing in front of the Golden Dome at Notre Dame (my alma mater—first time back in 32 years). Then to top it off, Google Gemini sent me to the wrong gas station, and I ended up in the middle of a truck fleet—frustrating, to say the least. But Shaz once again came through. He told me not to worry about the gas and said I could just pay him later—even though I was a complete stranger. There’s a Chinese saying: “You see a person’s character in the smallest details.” That big bottle of water said everything. Shaz has a truly big heart. Thank you, Shaz—you are beyond amazing.

Robert is an awesome host! He is so supportive all the time during our trip. We will definitely choose to rent a car from him again next time.

Mark was great! Car was ready before originally booked time as my flight landed earlier than scheduled. Car was clean, smooth, and pick up was easy. Will rent from again on my next trip to Chicago!

Car is in a great condition. Thank you for making my trip super comfortable. Will be happy to rent from you again

This was my first time in Chicago and my first time using Turo! The car was amazing, super clean on the pickup, very efficient on gas for being more of a sporty sedan. No complaints super fun to drive around and it looks amazing. Great deal for the price as well. The host was also incredible! As soon as I booked the Acura the host was there super friendly and super quick with the responses. All his directions as well were super easy to navigate so I was able to find the car and drop it off without having to take even a second to pause my trip. Also loved the little check-in’s he would do to make sure everything was running smoothly and I knew just in case something happens he would be there to help out. 10/10. Made my trip that much better. Definitely booking with this host again

Gabriel was a wonderful host, very responsive and answered immediately when I couldn’t figure out how to lock up the lock box (which is actually the same way as unlocking it). I like paying normal tolls instead of inflated tolls and not having to deal with the rental car lines etc. I would have gotten to the car faster if I would have followed his clear directions more carefully instead of skimming it.

Great Car , phenomenal host, business trip for the Write off lol , very classy car w/o the hassle,, felt the Love and effort in Owners intent on helping my rental go perfect

Book this car - you'll enjoy it! Great owner, easy pick up and drop off, and the car drove great! I'm used to driving an EV at home, so I was delighted to rent a Bolt EV to drive from Chicago to Wisconsin for vacation. They offered to pick me up at O'Hare, but my flight was delayed quite a bit. Still very easy to get to and from the airport to the pickup and drop off.

We had a great experience with the car rental service. The owner was very communicative, and the pickup and drop-off process was smooth. We noticed that the car wasn’t very clean, but nothing too serious. At the end of our rental, we had an issue with the liquid liking in the car. The owner explained that this was a common problem with European cars, and it was fortunate that it happened when we were dropping off the car, as we were concerned about it. Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend the service to others.

Car was exactly as described and the pickup/drop off process was the smoothest I’ve ever had with a Turo rental. Highly recommend and will definitely book again on the next trip to Chicago, thanks again!

The car was great. Pickup instructions were clear and easy to navigate. The host was great. We had to extend our trip twice, the first time for a couple hours the second time till the next morning and they work great with us made accommodations easy. I would rent again and recommend to others.
This was my first time renting a car through Turo. I was incredibly tired of the chaotic ORD car rental process, so I decided to try something new! Eric was amazing, providing super easy step by step instructions and making the pick up and drop off as convenient as possible! The car was super clean and perfect for my travels. I will always use Turo now, and particularly work with Eric again any time I’m the Chicago area! Highly recommended!
