I was kind of difficult with changing the reservation due to a last minute work trip, I needed to extend and were very accommodating and flexible! They even swapped cars with another guest so I didn’t have to! Great host. I’ll definitely rebook!

I had the best experience renting this 2023 Kia through Turo. The car was super clean, drove very smoothly, and was in excellent condition. Both pickup and drop-off were quick and easy. Returning the car only took a few minutes, and they even provided a shuttle back to the airport, which made the whole process very convenient. This was one of the best TURO experiences I have ever had. The car was clean, well maintained, drove like butter and AMAZING on a gas. Over the course of a five day rental I only spent $12 filling this vehicle up and I definitely did a considerable amount of driving for work. The host was communicative and professional. Ha was an amazing host. Very quick communications, with detailed easy to follow directions. He even covered the parking. My first Turo experience. I’ll look for Ha’s cars next time I’m in Chicago. So much more convenient than taking a rental car shuttle and a better price with no surprises. Car worked great with no issues.

Car worked great, excellent gas mileage (40-47mpg), Mohammed was excellent communicator. Back tire had a slow leak, but we were able to travel and keep it filled to the correct pressure. I did ask Mohammed to have that checked before the next trip. Easy pick up and drop off at O'Hare, which was super convenient for us. Would definitely rent again!

The owner dropped the car to us curbside which was unexpected but convenient. Unfortunately one of the headlights was out and they were very apologetic. They arranged for the car to be seen by their mechanic. It delayed our plans to have to drive to the mechanic but we appreciated the mechanic fitting the car in. The car itself was in great condition otherwise and was a great, compact drive that made getting around Chicago easy. Unfortunately, the other headlight went out the following day. Thankfully it was a short trip so we only missed out on being able to use the car for one night. Such is life with unpredictable cars! The owners were responsive and made coordinating pick up and drop off a breeze.

I had an excellent experience renting this car! From the very beginning, the host went above and beyond to make everything easy. They gave me clear directions to the parking location and stayed in contact with me late at night to make sure I found the car safely. They were even texting me until around 1:00 a.m. to make sure everything was okay, which I truly appreciated. Returning the car was just as easy. They explained the drop-off process clearly and answered all of my questions. The communication throughout the entire rental was outstanding, and they were always kind, patient, and helpful. This was my first experience with Turo. We are very grateful for our experience. Luis came through when we were in a crunch visiting for our son’s graduation. Car was in great condition, interior was very clean and all functional. Exterior was not so clean but in all fairness we had given Luis literally 30 mins of preparation time if that. Normally it’s my biggest pet peeve but Luis did us a solid. So grateful! Communication was great and if I ever go back to Chicago I will rent from Luis rather than a rental car company.
