You have to pay to get the car from the parking lot.

We inform every guest a head of time that there is a parking fee to get the vehicle out of the parking lot. We pride ourselves on providing the most affordable parking option at the airport which is the Economy lot parking. Typically $3 - $16.
The process from pickup to drop off was very smooth. The host was accommodating when my flight was delayed. I would use them again!
