Great car rental experience! The A/C worked great, and I loved the power and muscle of the car. It was also very roomy and comfortable, even for my 6'2" son. The shuttle service was excellent, and our driver was friendly, sincere, and made the whole experience even better. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent again.

Car isn’t located at Chicago O hare Airport , had to take uber to pick up car and uber back to Airport. Rides a lil ruff , no hub caps. Takes host over 2 hours to response.

For clarification, the vehicle’s location and transportation details were communicated immediately after booking, giving you the opportunity to keep or cancel the reservation. Unfortunately, the pickup instructions were not reviewed until after arriving at the airport. Your Uber costs were fully covered by me. My response time to your messages was consistently under 5 minutes, as documented in the Turo chat. The vehicle was also returned excessively dirty, with food and drink stains throughout.
