The car stopped working mid trip. Wasted 1 day of a 4 day vacation. Would not recommend Turo to anyone. Use enterprise or Avis
Unfortunately sometimes machines brake without warning. We did our best to address and help you in a timely manner. You are very wrong if you believe traditional rental company will do a better job addressing and solving the issue.
