Everything went smooth in pickup and drop off. Used shuttle from airport in pickup with friendly communicative staff and dropped off early and ubered from location to terminal in minutes. Car was clean, as described and good gas mileage. I would rent again!

Car was in great condition, I could tell that it had been freshly cleaned for my use. The pick-up was really easy and efficient and the drop off was equally seamless. I really enjoyed the shuttle service that picked us up from the airport. The person working was really friendly and went above and beyond to help my friend who uses a scooter for mobility to get into the shuttle. It worked out in the end, but if you are needing assistance to get in a vehicle keep in mind that the shuttle is pretty tall! I ended up dropping my friend off at the airport first before returning the car on the way back since we thought it would be much easier for both, rather than having to transfer her into the shuttle again. The shuttle service back to the airport was much faster because of O’hare’s airport traffic and made getting to the airport very easy. All in all a great experience with CarRoro and would use them again for a car rental next time I’m in Chicago.

This was my first experience with Turo. We are very grateful for our experience. Luis came through when we were in a crunch visiting for our son’s graduation. Car was in great condition, interior was very clean and all functional. Exterior was not so clean but in all fairness we had given Luis literally 30 mins of preparation time if that. Normally it’s my biggest pet peeve but Luis did us a solid. So grateful! Communication was great and if I ever go back to Chicago I will rent from Luis rather than a rental car company.
