This little car was easy to pick up and drop off, which made our day trip really convenient. Carlos was an exceptional leasee. It was my first time renting from a contactless rental agency. The car was incredibly clean and very good with mileage. It was a 2017 Mitsubishi, but since I was only in Chicago for one day, I only needed it from points "A" to "B." The price was quite reasonable, and Carlos' communication was good. There was a slight hiccup regarding my pickup. Although he sent me a text, I didn't receive it until later. I called him and he picked up right away. He had sent the text 30 minutes earlier, but there was a delay (perhaps because I was in the airport's parking garage area and reception wasn't good with my phone). If there's a delay, I strongly suggest that you give him a call instead of texting. It can prevent communication errors. Overall, it was a great experience and I'll certainly try Turo again.
