Incredible host. Small tire issue, they literally came out and handled it. Extremely responsive and takes issues personally. Other than that, everything else was exactly as promised. Im huge on customer experience and that exceeded it. Will book with them again for my next trip back.

Having to make a last minute reservation for a car, we were quickly reassured that the host was ready to deliver. We are very grateful for a wonderful ride for our trip.

My issue was my lack of familiarity with the Tesla. The tinted side windows, the transmission of bumps to our spines - probably not the best vehicle for me. I accepted after a recall undid my first choice, and a non-return undid my second choice. The car owner team did everything they could to help us get and enjoy a car, but the Tesla proved too much for us. We are appreciative of the effort!
