Having to make a last minute reservation for a car, we were quickly reassured that the host was ready to deliver. We are very grateful for a wonderful ride for our trip.

My issue was my lack of familiarity with the Tesla. The tinted side windows, the transmission of bumps to our spines - probably not the best vehicle for me. I accepted after a recall undid my first choice, and a non-return undid my second choice. The car owner team did everything they could to help us get and enjoy a car, but the Tesla proved too much for us. We are appreciative of the effort!
