Carolina was great and helpful! It was a learning curve to figure out the Tesla at first so make sure you read her instructions and don’t go on the rental car shuttle! Also charging takes a while so anticipate that before returning

Flying into Midway Airport in Chicago? Carolina is a fantastic host. Super professional, always available, clearest instructions. She not only made my trip effortless, she also is the reason to never to go back to the big car rental companies . Her Tesla Model-3 was a joy to drive, very clean, and ready to go. It was the envy of everyone at my college reunion. Excellent documentation and very easy/smooth processing from start to finish. I was initially hesitant to try Turo, but Carolina has guaranteed that Turo is the only way to go moving forward.

Although the trip didn't ahppen Carolina is a first class host and was very helpful with all my needs. Trip was cancelled due to ground stoppage at the airport. I was delayed then cancelled twice but she worked with me on the entire situation. I look forward to touching base with her again.
