This 2009 Toyota Prius is great on gas and the engine is smooth. Vehicle is regularly serviced and is cleaned and sanitized after each reservation. Pets are ok I just ask that you please clean up after them to avoid a cleaning fee. Car seats and toll passes are available upon request. (Please be advised that you have seven days to pay tolls in Illinois if you do not have a transponder. There is a $3 fee/toll after seven days if you go through an Illinois Tollway with no transponder).

Horrible Experience with the host and with the car, the car was in horrible condition, was continuously making noise, spoilt the trip and the host should learn some basic etiquettes

I honestly don’t understand why this guest would just make things up in her review. None of what Geeta said is close to being true. I believe she is just upset that she was charged for improperly returning the car, and for being five hours late returning. When she returned the car, she parked in a fire zone on the wrong side of the street, and parked seven blocks away from where she was asked to. She left the car running and did not refuel at the end of her trip. Her review is retaliation.
