Presto was excellent and made my trip smooth. While the Prius may need a little love, it was dependable for my highway trip, in the rain, taking from A-B quickly and safely and I made my event on time with a quick turn around at o hare. Presto was on time and communicative. I’d recommend if pickup directly at O’Hare is critical to the success of your trip.
