Hi! It's Minwoo! A Chicago Turo account manager told me that I have one of the highest ratings & reviews in entire Chicago! I've been an all-star host every single quarter for the last four years. I am married, have three girls, and am doing Ph.D. studies. I am a wholehearted, flexible, and communicative host with only well-maintained and clean Toyotas. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ New 2022 Sienna! 36 MPG! 36 MPG! 36 MPG! i-Pass is installed. It needs 87 gas, and nothing higher. Various car seats are available (please check the last picture) I will deliver it to Ohare airport for both pick-up and drop-off. I will check your flight status and be there at the curbside right in front of your terminal so that you can just take off from there. Many renters said that the seamless drop-off and pick-up were the best thing! Or if I can't be at the airport, I will park the car at the closest parking lot (300ft from baggage claim), which is equally convenient. NO SMOKING The IPass number is 01510270868

The car was clean and nice. Host/Turo can't be relied on in case of breakdown. During my trip, the car had a tire that was losing air(filled it a few times), and it would lose air in 48 hours. After investigating further, I noticed there was a nail in the tire. I immediately contacted the host and sent pictures and told him there was a nearby tire shop that would charge $45ish to fix. The host ok'd, and I went ahead and got it fixed. When I asked for the cost of the tire fix to be taken out from my charges, the host said he was waiting on Turo support. After some time and no response from Turo, I went ahead and filled a claim w Turo(which was denied because I can't prove if the nail happened before or during my trip. I did what I would have done with my own car and taken care of the problem promptly. Seems like Turo would rather have you stranded and then relying on their roadside assistance for the next steps. How much time do you want to lose on your trip w a Host/Platform that doesn't take your time seriously. I lost 2 hr of time and money(which the host tried to leverage for a 5 star review). I refused and said, "Keep my $45, at which point he refunded."This host knows the system well and uses various ways to navigate Turos Platform. He ultimately did understand that not everyone cares about money vs. doing the right thing. I did the repair asap and would do it again the same way. I only lost 2 hr vs. being stranded(waiting on roadside side, towing, then a tire repair. You all know how that takes. So, just know that breakdowns are rather questionable w Turo and this host. I wish the host the best he did apologize at the end(did the right thing by refuding the cost of tire repair), and I hope he treats others as he treated me in the end. #SmallCanBeGood

Thanks for the detailed feedback. The pre-trip photos show that the tire pressure was full, so the nail must have happened during your trip. As you noted, Turo declined your claim because there wasn’t enough evidence. I still refunded the $45 from my own earnings even though policy didn’t require it, partly because I sensed you’d feel unfairly treated. I followed the “Turo Tire Damage” guidelines but understand the frustration. Glad you still finished your trip on time and hope to host you again

Super seamless pick up and drop off! Minwoo gave super clear instructions with pictures that made picking up a breeze. I requested a car seat (a big variety to choose from) and it was installed and ready to go. Super convenient since I was traveling with 2 under 2! I also had to change parts of my plan and Minwoo was kind enough to accommodate. The minivan was roomy, clean, and gas mileage was a huge plus! You can’t go wrong booking this swagger wagon and with Minwoo as your host! Thank you!!
