We had a great experience renting this Chrysler Pacifica for the week! The hosts were friendly and very communicative, pickup was easy, and drop-off was just as smooth. The price was great, too! We really appreciated how simple they made the whole process. Would definitely rent from them again!
Great experience renting from Karol! The van was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family trip. The air-conditioned front seats were surprisingly powerful and were fantastic on the warmer days. We also rented booster seats for the kids, which made traveling much easier. I was initially a little nervous about coordinating pickup and drop-off directly at O’Hare, but Karol made the whole process incredibly smooth. Being picked up right at the arrivals lane and returning the van at the departures lane was actually much easier and more convenient than dealing with an off-airport rental-car facility or shuttle. Karol communicated throughout the trip and made sure everything went smoothly. The van was great, the airport handoff was seamless, and I’d happily rent from him again. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Great experience from start to finish! The airport pickup and drop-off were very convenient and made our trip so much easier. The car was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything went smoothly, and the entire process was hassle-free. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!
This was the most amazing Turo that I ever rented. The host was absolutely fantastic. The service of the pick up in the drop off was the best I’ve ever had. I tipped him $100 cash because it was so freaking easy and so good. Thank you for making my trip wonderful.
Great experience! The car was clean, reliable, and perfect for our Navy graduation trip. Everything was easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent again!
This turo rental is the best i have ever had. Awesome service, quality, value and convenience!
Best Turo host I’ve ever had. Not only did we get a free drop off at the doors, but he also picked it up in the same spot. Super convenient and communicated great so we were never in the dark. He went above and beyond when we had a small hiccup with the wipers during rain and even gave us some delicious chocolate for the troubles. This is my favorite Turo host ever, make sure you book with him specifically for the smoothest trip possible.
Exceptional car from an exceptional host car was perfect and all hauled all eight of us around and our wonderful trip here to Chicago! Highly recommended will rent again next time I’m in town
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience from start to finish! The vehicle was extremely clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. Everything about the rental process was professional, smooth, and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience, and both the delivery and pickup were incredibly fast and convenient. The level of service truly made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Nothing but great things to say about the service and overall experience. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around!
Everything was excellent. The best and most efficient rental car experience we have ever had. Car was great.
This was the best rental car experience I have ever had. The owner was incredible! Pickup was right outside the gate. Very personal! Inside the vehicle had several unexpected extras. Universal chargers. Also there was the seat fill in blockers so nothing could fall between the seats. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Drop off was just as easy. We drove right up to the gate and handed off the keys. This rental was like an executive car service than a Turo. Excellent communication with the owner.
Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host! I really appreciate it. It was a pleasure renting from you, and I had a smooth and enjoyable experience with the car. I’d be happy to rent from you again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great vehicle, smooth transaction and communication. Flexible host, very accommodating, knowledgeable about a complicated airport. Enjoyed our first TURO experience and would love to rent from Minwoo again. Highly recommend!!
Repeating booking! We always book this car when we are in Chicago. Incredibly accommodating. Car gets dropped off at arrivals and we are handed the keys. Then we just drive up and hand the keys off at departures on the way out. It’s far more convenient than uber or renting a car through a regular rental car company
Everything Went Awesome , Easy Pickup Easy drop off , Beautiful Van , Host even Told us where to get Cheap Gas to save us money , I appriacte you Again
Car was fantastic, have nothing but good things to say about my trip and this host.
Outstanding to rent from. Picked our car up at the departure gate when we were leaving and super responsive.
We were in Chicago attending Navy RTC graduation and the 2024 Kia Carnival was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and great on gas. The hosts were responsive and made it very easy to locate and return the van at O'Hare's hourly parking garage. If I were ever to return to the area, I would definitely rent again!
I never had rented a car via Turo but this was a better experience than any rental car place. The car was delivered to my terminal at Ohare and I dropped it off at the terminal. Great experience overall! Would definitely recommend this vehicle for families!

Frequently asked questions in Franklin Park
Why choose a minivan for your Franklin Park family adventure?
Minivans offer exceptional space for families exploring Franklin Park and the greater Chicago area, with seating for up to eight passengers and ample cargo room for luggage, strollers, and sports equipment. The elevated seating position provides better visibility of Illinois landmarks and attractions, while multiple entertainment options keep children comfortable during longer journeys. Franklin Park's proximity to various family destinations makes a minivan rental the ideal choice for groups needing both passenger comfort and storage capacity.
What safety features should you prioritize when renting a minivan with children?
Look for minivans equipped with multiple airbags, electronic stability control, and backup cameras to ensure safe navigation around Franklin Park's residential areas and busy Chicago suburbs. Child safety locks on sliding doors and rear windows provide essential protection, while LATCH anchors make installing car seats straightforward for families. Modern rental minivans often include blind spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alerts, particularly valuable when parking at Illinois shopping centers and recreational facilities.
How does driving a minivan differ from a regular car?
Minivans sit higher than standard vehicles, requiring adjustment to the increased height when entering parking garages throughout Franklin Park and surrounding Chicago areas. The wider turning radius means taking corners more gradually, especially in residential neighborhoods and shopping center parking lots. Acceleration feels different due to the larger size, though modern rental minivans provide adequate power for highway driving between Illinois destinations.
What's the best way to organize luggage in a minivan?
Utilize the minivan's fold-flat rear seating to create maximum cargo space for large items like coolers and sports equipment when visiting Franklin Park attractions. Keep frequently needed items in the center console and door pockets, while storing heavier luggage low and toward the front to maintain proper weight distribution. The overhead storage compartments work perfectly for lighter items such as snacks and entertainment supplies during Chicago area road trips.
How can you stay comfortable during long minivan journeys?
Adjust the driver's seat to accommodate the minivan's upright seating position and use lumbar support for extended drives around Illinois and beyond Franklin Park. Take advantage of multiple climate zones to keep all passengers comfortable, and utilize the abundant cup holders and storage compartments to keep essentials within easy reach. Plan regular stops at rest areas and attractions to stretch legs and break up longer journeys through the Chicago metropolitan region.
Which minivan models work best for extended road trips?
Modern minivans with fuel-efficient engines perform well for longer journeys from Franklin Park to other Illinois destinations, offering better gas mileage than larger SUVs while maintaining passenger comfort. Models featuring captain's chairs in the second row provide easier access to rear seats and enhanced comfort for adult passengers. Look for rental minivans with advanced infotainment systems and multiple charging ports to keep devices powered during extended travel throughout the Chicago area and beyond.
