Best Turo host I’ve ever had. Not only did we get a free drop off at the doors, but he also picked it up in the same spot. Super convenient and communicated great so we were never in the dark. He went above and beyond when we had a small hiccup with the wipers during rain and even gave us some delicious chocolate for the troubles. This is my favorite Turo host ever, make sure you book with him specifically for the smoothest trip possible.

Repeating booking! We always book this car when we are in Chicago. Incredibly accommodating. Car gets dropped off at arrivals and we are handed the keys. Then we just drive up and hand the keys off at departures on the way out. It’s far more convenient than uber or renting a car through a regular rental car company
This was my best experience on Turo EVER. We were traveling for the first time with my infant son (4 months). Our host made the experience of pick up and drop off so easy for us, right at the airport terminal, right on time. The car itself was extremely spacious and easy to drive, fit our Doona stroller/car seat very easily. Thank you Karol!
The car was in excellent condition and very clean. We requested 3 car seats and Karol took the time to make sure we had just the right ones for our kids. Communication was always courteous and kind. Karol has the process down to a science to making handoff quick and efficient. We got into a little accident with the car and Karol was extremely understanding. After calling and texting about it, he then sent over 2 parks that are highly recommended in the area to take my family to. If he would have me again, I would 100% rent from him time and time again
Great car. Getting to/from the airport pickup/dropoff location wasn’t hard but it does add some time to the trip. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful however.
