The host was very prompt and very easy to communicate with. My host dropped the vehicle off to my requested pickup spot two hours before I was suppose to receive it and although I wasn’t able to drive it until my scheduled time for insurance reasons, I thought that was amazing that the host delivered two hours in advance. Great van with a lot of features and reasonable price for booster seats. They provided the drop off location 2hrs ahead of time so we were able to see it before our short flight. There was a faint cigarette smell, so I alerted the host and they were very apologetic and tried their best to get it out before our reservation. Obviously not their fault.
