First Turo experience. Great communications and very responsive and accommodating. Tip for new renters, pay attention to Inbox messages for airport pickup locations, or in general. Turo was pointing me to the general airport address and we were shuttling the family around to the other rental lots until I realized it was much closer and right outside baggage claim.

No probs other than the ones listed alr. Trip was perfect no probs w car just can’t leave the doors open too long or it will die . Had to get a jump once but that’s the only prob I had but it was my fault. Thanks alot very spacious

Needed a wheelchair van with a rear entry ramp to transport my mom to an assisted living facility in MN. The van was able to accommodate her 31.5" wide wheelchair (side ramp vans couldn't). Van is brand new in pristine condition. Mike (host) trained me quickly in how to use ramp and tie downs to secure wheelchair. Van is a hybrid that sips fuel and was a pleasure to drive. I even liked the radio stations that were preset (van has SyrusXM sat radio). I highly recommend.
