Minivan rental near Chicago O'Hare International Airport

We had a great experience renting this Chrysler Pacifica for the week! The hosts were friendly and very communicative, pickup was easy, and drop-off was just as smooth. The price was great, too! We really appreciated how simple they made the whole process. Would definitely rent from them again!

Great experience renting from Karol! The van was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family trip. The air-conditioned front seats were surprisingly powerful and were fantastic on the warmer days. We also rented booster seats for the kids, which made traveling much easier. I was initially a little nervous about coordinating pickup and drop-off directly at O’Hare, but Karol made the whole process incredibly smooth. Being picked up right at the arrivals lane and returning the van at the departures lane was actually much easier and more convenient than dealing with an off-airport rental-car facility or shuttle. Karol communicated throughout the trip and made sure everything went smoothly. The van was great, the airport handoff was seamless, and I’d happily rent from him again. Definitely a 5-star experience!

This was the most amazing Turo that I ever rented. The host was absolutely fantastic. The service of the pick up in the drop off was the best I’ve ever had. I tipped him $100 cash because it was so freaking easy and so good. Thank you for making my trip wonderful.

This was the best rental car experience I have ever had. The owner was incredible! Pickup was right outside the gate. Very personal! Inside the vehicle had several unexpected extras. Universal chargers. Also there was the seat fill in blockers so nothing could fall between the seats. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Drop off was just as easy. We drove right up to the gate and handed off the keys. This rental was like an executive car service than a Turo. Excellent communication with the owner.

We rented the Chrysler minivan and it was in excellent condition. Plenty of room and really spacious for our group of 5 and luggage. Also, Karol was great to rent from. Easy to pickup/drop off and excellent to communicate with. I will definitely rent from him again next time we are in the area!

Everything was great! This was my first trip with turo with actually handing off keys and Karol made it super quick and easy. There was one issue at the beginning but he was super quick to take care of it and fix it and he was very communicative.

We were in Chicago attending Navy RTC graduation and the 2024 Kia Carnival was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and great on gas. The hosts were responsive and made it very easy to locate and return the van at O'Hare's hourly parking garage. If I were ever to return to the area, I would definitely rent again!
