First time using Turo instead of Hertz (I have President’s Circle), and honestly there’s no comparison. This was so much easier. Great communication from the host before arrival, super clear instructions, and pickup was right in the airport parking garage—no shuttle, no rental counter, no waiting. Drop-off was just as easy: parked at my terminal and walked out. Amazing experience. I don’t see myself going back to traditional rentals.
This was my first Turo experience and it exceeding my expectations as I booked another van a month prior and they cancelled my reservation 2 days before my trip. I started searching right away and found Wayne’s van. He was great from the time booked until I dropped the van off. I truly appreciated the detailed directions to pick up the van at the airport. We had 6 passengers and easily fit with our luggage. Thanks again Wayne!
