One of the best car rental experiences we have ever had, especially considering what it takes to move our family and 2 kids (both under 3). Karol was responsive, made the pickup and drop off easy, and had car seats installed for us when we arrived. We will be using next time we come to Chicago.

Great van, very clean and spacious. We requested 3 car seats and when we got the van they were installed correctly! That was great, we put our kids and took off! Drop off was a breeze too! Having 3 small kids in the van can get messy, they knew that and told me that not worry about the mess that they will take care of it! Even though we picked up as much as we could, it still needed to be vacuumed! They text me that it was all good!
