We had a great experience renting this Chrysler Pacifica for the week! The hosts were friendly and very communicative, pickup was easy, and drop-off was just as smooth. The price was great, too! We really appreciated how simple they made the whole process. Would definitely rent from them again!
Great experience renting from Karol! The van was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our family trip. The air-conditioned front seats were surprisingly powerful and were fantastic on the warmer days. We also rented booster seats for the kids, which made traveling much easier. I was initially a little nervous about coordinating pickup and drop-off directly at O’Hare, but Karol made the whole process incredibly smooth. Being picked up right at the arrivals lane and returning the van at the departures lane was actually much easier and more convenient than dealing with an off-airport rental-car facility or shuttle. Karol communicated throughout the trip and made sure everything went smoothly. The van was great, the airport handoff was seamless, and I’d happily rent from him again. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Great experience from start to finish! The airport pickup and drop-off were very convenient and made our trip so much easier. The car was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything went smoothly, and the entire process was hassle-free. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend!
This was the most amazing Turo that I ever rented. The host was absolutely fantastic. The service of the pick up in the drop off was the best I’ve ever had. I tipped him $100 cash because it was so freaking easy and so good. Thank you for making my trip wonderful.
This turo rental is the best i have ever had. Awesome service, quality, value and convenience!
Great host and a very smooth experience from start to finish. I booked the car on relatively short notice, and everything was handled without any problems. He was very communicative, helpful, and flexible throughout the trip. The car itself was comfortable and spacious. Everything went really well, and I would definitely rent from him again. Thank you!
Exceptional car from an exceptional host car was perfect and all hauled all eight of us around and our wonderful trip here to Chicago! Highly recommended will rent again next time I’m in town
Great experience! The car was clean, reliable, and perfect for our Navy graduation trip. Everything was easy and stress-free. Would definitely rent again!
Best Turo host I’ve ever had. Not only did we get a free drop off at the doors, but he also picked it up in the same spot. Super convenient and communicated great so we were never in the dark. He went above and beyond when we had a small hiccup with the wipers during rain and even gave us some delicious chocolate for the troubles. This is my favorite Turo host ever, make sure you book with him specifically for the smoothest trip possible.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience from start to finish! The vehicle was extremely clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. Everything about the rental process was professional, smooth, and hassle-free. Communication was excellent throughout the entire experience, and both the delivery and pickup were incredibly fast and convenient. The level of service truly made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Nothing but great things to say about the service and overall experience. I would absolutely rent again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, reliable vehicle and outstanding customer service. Five stars all around!
Everything was excellent. The best and most efficient rental car experience we have ever had. Car was great.
This was the best rental car experience I have ever had. The owner was incredible! Pickup was right outside the gate. Very personal! Inside the vehicle had several unexpected extras. Universal chargers. Also there was the seat fill in blockers so nothing could fall between the seats. The vehicle was clean inside and out. Drop off was just as easy. We drove right up to the gate and handed off the keys. This rental was like an executive car service than a Turo. Excellent communication with the owner.
Car was fantastic, have nothing but good things to say about my trip and this host.
Everything Went Awesome , Easy Pickup Easy drop off , Beautiful Van , Host even Told us where to get Cheap Gas to save us money , I appriacte you Again
Repeating booking! We always book this car when we are in Chicago. Incredibly accommodating. Car gets dropped off at arrivals and we are handed the keys. Then we just drive up and hand the keys off at departures on the way out. It’s far more convenient than uber or renting a car through a regular rental car company
Thank you so much for being such a wonderful host! I really appreciate it. It was a pleasure renting from you, and I had a smooth and enjoyable experience with the car. I’d be happy to rent from you again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Great vehicle, smooth transaction and communication. Flexible host, very accommodating, knowledgeable about a complicated airport. Enjoyed our first TURO experience and would love to rent from Minwoo again. Highly recommend!!
We were in Chicago attending Navy RTC graduation and the 2024 Kia Carnival was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, spacious and great on gas. The hosts were responsive and made it very easy to locate and return the van at O'Hare's hourly parking garage. If I were ever to return to the area, I would definitely rent again!
Karol was great. Communication was amazing and pick up and drop off service made the trip much easier.

Frequently asked questions in Park Ridge
Why choose a minivan for your Park Ridge family adventure?
Minivans offer exceptional space and comfort for families exploring Park Ridge and the greater Chicago area, with seating for up to eight passengers and ample cargo room for luggage and gear. The elevated seating position provides excellent visibility while navigating Illinois roads, making it easier to spot local attractions and landmarks. Modern minivans feature convenient amenities like sliding doors for easy access in tight parking spaces throughout Park Ridge's residential areas and shopping districts.
What safety features should you prioritize when selecting a minivan in Park Ridge?
Look for minivans equipped with advanced airbag systems, electronic stability control, and anti-lock braking systems to ensure safe travels around Chicago and Illinois highways. Backup cameras and parking sensors prove invaluable when maneuvering in Park Ridge's busy areas or crowded parking lots near popular destinations. Consider models with blind spot monitoring and lane departure warnings, especially helpful during longer drives through Illinois's varied terrain and traffic conditions.
How does driving a minivan differ from regular cars in Illinois?
Minivans require more attention to height clearances when using parking garages in Chicago or Park Ridge shopping centers, as they typically stand taller than standard passenger vehicles. The wider turning radius means planning ahead for U-turns and tight corners, particularly in Park Ridge's residential neighborhoods with narrow streets. Illinois drivers will appreciate the improved visibility and commanding road presence, though fuel consumption may be higher than smaller vehicles during extended trips around the Chicago metropolitan area.
What packing strategies work best for minivan road trips from Park Ridge?
Utilize the minivan's multiple seating configurations by folding down rear seats to create maximum cargo space for your Park Ridge departure. Pack heavier items low and toward the front of the vehicle to maintain proper weight distribution while traveling Illinois roads. Take advantage of the numerous cup holders, storage compartments, and overhead bins to keep essentials organized and easily accessible during stops throughout the Chicago area.
How can you ensure comfort during extended minivan journeys in the Midwest?
Adjust individual climate zones if available to keep all passengers comfortable during Illinois weather variations, from Park Ridge to destinations across the state. Plan regular stops to stretch legs and take advantage of the minivan's easy entry and exit through sliding doors. Bring entertainment options and snacks that can be easily distributed from the front seats, utilizing the spacious interior for a more enjoyable travel experience around Chicago and beyond.
Which minivan models excel for exploring Illinois and beyond?
Popular minivan options feature reliable engines suitable for both city driving in Park Ridge and highway cruising across Illinois, with models offering excellent fuel efficiency for longer journeys. Look for vehicles with advanced infotainment systems and multiple USB ports to keep devices charged during Chicago area exploration. Consider minivans with all-weather traction systems that perform well in Illinois's diverse climate conditions, from summer heat to winter precipitation around the Park Ridge region.
