Car was in excellent shape when picked up and we have a great time driving around in the vehicle.

The car was perfect for our family needs and very clean! Also amazing on gas. I’m saying 4 stars because there appears to be workers that deliver the car for the host which led to some miscommunication. However the host really made up for it by having a car seat and allowing me to pickup/drop off at different airports in Chicago.

This was a positive experience. The car is exactly as described and shown in pics. It took a few moments to figure out how to pick it up, but the host offered some pics that helped. If you’re not familiar with ORD, just know the “main garage” is attached to the airport. Also, in exchange for the convenience of picking it up on-site, you will have to pay $43 to get out of the garage. Just factor that in to the total.
Still it worked and did what I needed. Easy check-in and return.
