DEFINITELY CHOOSE THIS HOST!!! This host absolutely saved the day! After calling multiple van rental companies, we found out everything was completely booked because of Lollapalooza. As a last resort, I checked Turo and found the only van available for our girls' trip to the Amish Market in Shipshewana. I was a little hesitant at first since we usually rent through traditional van companies, but this ended up being one of the best rental experiences I've ever had. The van was spotless, spacious, and incredibly easy to find at the airport. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, from helping me locate the van to making the entire process stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. I can't thank them enough for helping make our trip happen. I would absolutely rent from them again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Car Rental Experience in Chicago! We had an absolutely wonderful experience renting our vehicle while visiting Chicago. Raquel and Ovidiu were both incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating from beginning to end. During our trip, we had to change our drop-off time a few different times, and they were extremely flexible and understanding every step of the way. Communication was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the entire process completely stress-free. The vehicle they provided was clean, comfortable, and very reliable throughout our trip. They were also right on time when we arrived at the airport, which made everything so much easier after traveling. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience. If we ever return to Chicago and need a rental vehicle, I would absolutely rent from Raquel and Ovidiu again without hesitation. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this van rental. We have a big family (10 seats, and we used every single one!), and this van made our whole trip so much easier. It was super clean when we picked it up, everything worked perfectly – AC, sliding doors, backup camera, even the USB chargers. What really surprised me was how easy it was to drive. I’m not someone who loves driving big vehicles, but this van handled really smoothly, had great visibility, and parking wasn’t nearly as stressful as I thought it would be. my husband and i drove it, and we both felt comfortable. The owner was also just wonderful. Super friendly from the very start, and whenever we had a question (location and car parking), he answered right away and was so patient. He really seemed to care that everything went well for us. If you have a big group or a big family, do yourself a favor and rent this van. We’ll definitely be booking again next time. Bottom line: Reliable, drives great, seats 10 comfortably, and the owner is a genuinely good person who takes care of you. 10/10.

Great experience with the 2019 Ford Transit! The host was very nice, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. They were also flexible with the pickup and drop-off times, which made everything really convenient. Would definitely rent from them again!

He was incredibly helpful and gave clear, detailed instructions on exactly where the car was located at the airport and how to get there, which made the pickup process completely stress-free.
