I honestly can’t say enough good things about this van rental. We have a big family (10 seats, and we used every single one!), and this van made our whole trip so much easier. It was super clean when we picked it up, everything worked perfectly – AC, sliding doors, backup camera, even the USB chargers. What really surprised me was how easy it was to drive. I’m not someone who loves driving big vehicles, but this van handled really smoothly, had great visibility, and parking wasn’t nearly as stressful as I thought it would be. my husband and i drove it, and we both felt comfortable. The owner was also just wonderful. Super friendly from the very start, and whenever we had a question (location and car parking), he answered right away and was so patient. He really seemed to care that everything went well for us. If you have a big group or a big family, do yourself a favor and rent this van. We’ll definitely be booking again next time. Bottom line: Reliable, drives great, seats 10 comfortably, and the owner is a genuinely good person who takes care of you. 10/10.

Both hosts were responsive and made pick-up/drop off of car easy! Especially when flight issues arose causing us to arrive later than planned, they worked with us to ensure we could pick-up the car when we arrived eaaaarly in the morning. The car itself was clean (void of a few stains on the ceiling but that is a nonissue for us) and ran beautifully; the only issue is the child-lock on the right passenger side in the back wouldn’t stay unlocked, which may be due to a slight disconnect with the door wall we found at the beginning of our trip. This wasn’t the end of the world for us though, we simply just let whoever sat in the back out. The battery did die and we are unsure why, as every time we left we ensured no lights were left on, but I highly appreciate the hosts for checking in with us and even offering to reimburse us if we had to pay for the jump! All-in-all a great trip, great hosts, and I would rent with them again.

The van was spacious and comfortably fit our party of nine, which was exactly what we needed. It was clean, easy to drive, and surprisingly fuel-efficient. We used it for four days while traveling throughout Chicago, and it was great on gas. One thing to keep in mind is parking. The van was too tall to fit in most parking garages at the tourist attractions we visited, so we had to find street or surface parking instead. While parking could be a bit challenging in some areas, we were always able to find a spot nearby. The hosts were wonderful to work with. They were very attentive, flexible with our requests, and communicated well throughout the entire process. They provided clear FAQs and instructions for the vehicle, pickup, and return, which made everything smooth and easy. Overall, we appreciated their excellent customer service and would recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle for a larger group.

I recently rented this sprinter van to transport kids to and from a birthday party, and overall it was a really good experience. The van was very clean upon pickup, which I definitely appreciated. While it didn’t have all the extra bells and whistles or luxury features, it was still comfortable, reliable, and perfect for what we needed. Pickup was a breeze and the location was very convenient and easy to access. The host was great he is professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from beginning to end. The kids had plenty of room, and everything went smoothly for the party transportation. I would definitely rent again.
